Scope of Work
Advanced Lighting System
We implemented a state-of-the-art Lutron wireless smart lighting system, enabling effortless control of lighting levels, ambience, and energy consumption via smart devices. This solution enhances convenience while promoting energy efficiency, perfectly complementing the property’s modern lifestyle.
Small Power and External Electrical Supply
Comprehensive power circuits were installed throughout the property to support daily needs. Dedicated external power supplies were also provided for outdoor features such as a hot tub and a bar area. Our design ensured safety, durability, and seamless aesthetic integration.
Audio-Visual Control System
To elevate the entertainment experience, we integrated a sophisticated audio-visual control system. This centralised solution allows for intuitive management of media and entertainment devices across the home, delivering an immersive experience tailored to the residents’ preferences.
LD2 Fire Alarm System
Safety was paramount, and we installed an LD2 fire alarm system, with detectors strategically placed in high-risk and circulation areas. This setup ensures early detection, meeting stringent safety regulations while offering peace of mind.
Mains Distribution System
Our robust mains distribution system was designed to efficiently meet the property’s current electrical demands while accommodating future expansion. Strategically positioned distribution boards facilitate easy access and maintenance, enhancing the system’s reliability and flexibility.

When i rang and spoke to Paul he came across very well and i was confident to give him my job to install the car charger.
The date was confirmed and Paul himself and one of his colleagues arrived on time. They completed the installation without any issues and their work was of a very high order . Furthermore Paul took the time to explain thoroughly the workings of the EO app which is required for use with the charger.
