Bespoke Housing Development

After a successful tendering process, we were awarded the project to handle the design, supply, and installation of a full electrical system for a bespoke new-build dwelling. This high-end project required a range of specialized systems tailored to the property’s unique needs, allowing us to demonstrate our expertise in delivering complex, integrated solutions.

Our scope of work included:

• Advanced Lighting System: We designed and installed a sophisticated lighting system controlled by a Lutron smart system. This system allows residents to control lighting levels, ambiance, and energy use throughout the home from any smart device, adding both convenience and energy efficiency.
• Small Power and External Electrical Supply: We installed power circuits throughout the property for everyday needs and provided dedicated external power supplies for the swimming pools and various outbuildings. These outdoor installations were carefully planned to ensure safety, durability, and seamless integration with the property’s design.
• Audio Visual Control System: A high-end audio-visual control system was integrated to manage entertainment and media throughout the property. This system offers centralized control for all audio and visual devices, creating an immersive and easily managed experience tailored to the residents’ lifestyle.
• LD2 Fire Alarm System: To maximize safety, we installed an LD2 Fire Alarm system, with detectors in all high-risk and key circulation areas. This setup provides early fire detection and alerts, meeting safety regulations and providing peace of mind for the residents.
• Mains Distribution System: We designed and implemented a robust mains distribution system to efficiently support the property’s electrical needs. This system includes strategically placed distribution boards, allowing for easy maintenance and capacity for future expansion if needed.
